Our exchange and return policy is designed to reflect our commitment to both the satisfaction of our customers and the well-being of our artisans.
Returns & Exchanges
- Term: All products have a period of 30 days from the delivery date during which customers can request an exchange or return if they are not satisfied with their purchase for any of the following reasons:
- Exchanges and Returns for Manufacturing Defects or Damage: If a product arrives defective or damaged from the factory, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product in these situations.
- Exchanges and Returns due to design, size or Color: Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for problems related to the design, size or color of the products, since each piece is unique and cannot be replicated exactly. We recommend that you carefully review the product description and images before making your purchase. Since our products are handmade, each change represents an interruption in the work of our artisans and may negatively impact their ability to continue creating high-quality products.
PROCESS FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To request an exchange or return, please contact our customer service team via email: contacto@morenacorazon.com and provide the necessary information: order number, a detailed description of the reason for your request, and photos and/or video, if applicable, of the defect. Our team will carefully review your request and will respond to your case in less than 15 business days. If necessary, a return label will be sent to you to physically inspect the piece. Only those returns will be accepted where the damage has not been caused by the customer's carelessness or misuse. We recommend that you carefully read the care label on the piece so that it is kept intact. If you proceed, the item will be replaced, or your entire purchase will be refunded in the form of a gift card.
